We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible once it enters our system. Because of this, we cannot always guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may still be able to help. Please contact our Customer Service team here as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change it. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.

Processing times
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Our team aims to respond to all modification requests within 24 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Swedish local time).

Kindly reach out to us immediately after placing your order if you need to make any changes.
